You can sketch a concept and ship its implementation. The distance between idea and artifact is short for you.
Quiet rigor
You re-read your own work the way an editor would. You catch the things nobody asked you to catch.
Long taste
Your favourite work is at least ten years old. You can articulate why it still holds up.
Generous notes
You give feedback that improves the work without diminishing the person who made it.
